Crystal Industries employs top-of-the-line CNC equipment, including CO2 and fiber lasers, precision press brakes as well as CNC hybrid tube-forming equipment. With a mindset of continuous improvement, we upgrade equipment to newer, better technologies whenever possible.

Our Equipment

Press Brakes

Several precision CNC press brakes with forming capacities up to 230 tons and up to 12ft in length.

Turret Punching

Two Murata CNC turret punch machines, including one 2021 model, with auto index tooling, allowing for precise punching, forming and tapping. High speed, accuracy and inexpensive tooling make these machines a very efficient method to produce runs of parts, from just a few to thousands.

CNC Router

A Laguna CNC router table with a 5ft x 10ft bed. This machine is able to change between multiple tools and is currently utilized to machine aluminum extrusion including drilling, milling and countersinking operations. This machine can also be used to machine wood, plastics, UHMW, etc.

Five CNC Lasers

Several CO2 lasers up to 5,000 watts as well as new fiber optic lasers.

Shearing

We can shear up to 12ft in length and ¼” thick on one machine and up to 10ft x ¼” on two other shears in our shear department

Waterjet

OMAX waterjet with a large table able to cut 120” x 240” and up to 7”-thick steel. This machine is able to cut a wide range of material precisely, including steel, stainless steel, titanium, granite, stone, glass, composites, plastics, rubber, etc. We have experience with all of these materials and more.

Tube Fabrication

We utilize both ram- and mandrel-style tube benders as well as multiple late-model CNC hybrid tube-bending machines, which can switch between three or more different sets of stacked tooling automatically for multiple radius bends, and offer rotary and push-bending capabilities.

Powder Coating

In addition to outsourcing powder coating to multiple valued partners, we have our own large Batch Powder Coating system in place, which includes an oven with an opening of 10ft x 10ft and a depth of 20ft, allowing us to perform the majority of our production, including very large assemblies, in-house.
